Today I’m going to review Source Code GoldMine V10.

As the name implies, this is the tenth version of Source Code Gold Mine, put out by PLR Prince and Internet Marketing Extraordinare Jeremy Burns.

I used some of his earlier products and I’ve always been extremely satisfied. SCGM is well known for being extremely affordable considering the massive amount of contents you get with each product.

Version 10 is no different. What we have is is an excellent mash up of varied products that are well composed and a great value. Let’s discuss each category in detail:

The Products
The products within SCGM V10 are all quite excellent. What I like best about this version is that there is a very good variety of products; they’re not all just the same thing with a different twist. This version covers everything from using the Law of Attraction to succeed in business to being a Work-At-Home Mom!

The products are still mostly business/marketing oriented and what I really love is that they’re modern and really have mass appeal. Check out some of the titles: Creating iPad Apps, Social Media Management, Facebook Power-Ads and Banner Ads are Back! you can see that Jeremy is keeping up with technology and trends, which is important!

Features
There’s not much to say here except one word: Amazing! Jeremy has always shocked me with how organized and easily editable these products are. You don’t have to worry about a bunch of other people having similar products because you have full control over yours.

Value
Source Code Goldmine has always been an excellent value. For less than $200 you have all the tools you need to produce a nice monthly income. It usually pays for itself within a few days!

Well now it’s even better! Apparently Jeremy Burns realizes that the economy is not in such great shape these days so he literally cut the price by $100! These things were already a great value and now they’re just crazy! Value is definitely the one category that Jeremy Burns always beats everyone else out in and he continues to do so with SCGM v10.

Pick up your copy ASAP, I highly recommend it!

To your success,
a href=http://www.renevielvoije.comMy Website/a

P. S. This special discount isn’t going to last forever. As long as the fast-action-bonus ad is up on the official web site you will get the deal. These products usually sellout really fast, get yours soon!

Elderly people more and more are opting to work after retirement. Many of the retired and elderly want to keep their independence. Some want to work for other businesses on a part time basis while yet others endeavor to start a business of their own. Being as such there are a href=http://www.servicelance.com/retired-professionalsjobs for the elderly/a that are ideal and a perfect fit.

Everyone likes to feel that they are useful and many businesses recognize the fact that older people have much to contribute with their experience and knowledge. There are lots of elderly that enjoy the freedoms of not working and being able to spend more time with their families, while there is a rising amount each year that want to continue working past retirement. Many retired people seek the challenge of staying active both physically and mentally. Way too often in the past the elderly retired not only their minds but often their physical activeness. Being as such these people would slow down and huge potentials were lost.

Some advantages of having the elderly retired as employees can be that they are usually more reliable, trustworthy, and for the most part honest than today’s younger employees. Although there will be jobs and occupations that aren’t suited for the elderly most businesses have some excellent areas where these individuals would fit in and possibly out perform some younger co-workers. Most businesses can benefit from the experience and qualities that the elderly can offer. One just needs to really evaluate their needs when seeking to hire and they can find positions that are a good match for them.

The older generation have a few really good options in helping them locate work. In fact there are even agencies that specialize in finding work for the elderly. Add to that the Internet can be a huge help as well. Several employment websites offer search features one could use to hone down the exact type of job best suited for you to rejoin the workforce. Being realistic about your skills and abilities should be a must when seeking employment. There is no advantage to overstating or exaggerating either of these to aid in the employment selection. In fact falsifying or lying about either can usually be found out quickly.

Statistics show that people who retire and succumb to sitting in front of a TV all day live much shorter lives than those who stay active. Even if the employment is short termed or part time this extra activity can lengthen and help the retired to get more enjoyment out of life. Finding jobs for the elderly is not impossible, nor is starting a business of your own. The benefits of either can be the difference of living a longer, fuller and often healthier life as opposed to a shorter and most often a sicklier and unhealthy life.

Finding a href=http://www.servicelance.comjobs for elderly/a can be much easier through the services of ServiceLance, a free platform that specializes in helping you find a href=http://www.servicelance.com/retired-professionalswork after retirement/a. Visit ServiceLance.com today and see just how many service categories are available to you in your profession. Working after retirement is now much easier when you use our website to either decide on a new startup business or seek additional casual or part time careers.

The August 9, 2010 issue of Time Magazine cites a fascinating statistic: NINE pounds is the weight kept off by people who logged on to a weight-management website regularly for two years, three times that of people who did not.

Why do you suppose this to be true? Probably because anyone who has the fortitude to log onto a website regularly is rather serious about losing weight and not only sticks to their online regimen, but to their goal of losing pounds.

One of the websites we have found to bring true weight reduction solutions at reasonable rates is www.flabulose.com. Let’s face it, the only weight programs that work are the ones you can use throughout your life without modifying your lifestyle so dramatically you are not able to stick with it. The KISS (keep it simple stupid) principle is at work here so you are able to make it work for you.

The day for the public release of RevUp31 and the revolutionary 3×7 matrix payment structure; which is rumored to possibly place serious pressure on network marketing norms; is set for 15 July 2010 and it is finally here.

You must order your sample from revup31-review.blogspot.com right now to get in early.

Resveratrol has been isolated by medical school research labs and research centers as the main organic compound to be responsible for activating gene 31; which is linked to long life in animal tests.

Although Resverarol formulations have been released before, none of the preceding products were ever pre-launched to the tune of 70 000 network marketers and coupled with revolutionary concepts that guarantee the person selling the RevUp31 sample will get 100% of the payment.

You advertise, get a sale, keep the sample sale; which is about $30 to $50 depending on the sample order.

This has never happened before on such a high demand product nor on such a scale.

Please read more about the release from revup31-review.blogspot.com or
a href=http://www.revup31.co.uk/revup31blog/revup31/revup31-is-finally-herewww.revup31.co.uk/revup31blog/a.

If it succeeds by even 15% the early investors (that means you!) would be deep within the green…ehm greenback!

I just got this email yesterday and I am excited. The launch of the membership site is delaying due to legitimate reasons.

I have this feeling that this launch will break records and will make many internet marketers very rich, very quickly. It will make those six figure launches look like warm ups to the big event.

I will stop before I over-hype it and let you be the judge.

Here is the email I received on,

font color=blue Hi Active Member,

57,432 active Pre-launch Members and counting! However, we might
not hit that goal of 60,000 because… we’re almost ready to
launch! In fact, we could be just a few days away!!

We have one final hold up, and it’s the merchant accounts. We’re
simply waiting for final paperwork to go through the chains of
command with a few remaining merchants that we are going to use
for your new business.

Now in case you are not familiar with what a merchant is we
want to fill you in because after all, this is YOUR business
that we are building for you.

A merchant allows us to process online sales through Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and more. It allows us to accept payment
information online. Pretty simple! The not-so-simple part is the
40 different departments at each merchant account that must comb
through every square inch of our web site and approve it. That
takes a LOT of time and in this day and age where the Internet
is overloaded with bogus programs and so-called businesses, they
have to be careful.

Then tack on the US banking crisis and all the new rules and
regulations and you’ve got an even greater waiting game to play.
The good news is, our flawless reputation for doing business
online has helped us jump through a LOT of hoops already.
Without our reputation and squeaky clean history we’d probably
be looking at another month at least!

So Active Member, there’s not much more to say at this point.
Everything is live on the web, the site is tested, our amazing
product line is ready to roll out the door… we’re ready to go.
Lets hope these merchants get their jobs done fast so we can all
get the ball rolling on what will be the hottest online business
this summer!

Guaranteed, the very second we get the OK from our merchants
YOU will be getting an urgent email with very important
instructions regarding the launch. /font

And just to protect those who
might miss the email we will also post information in the
55363.invitationtojoin.com/b members site.

This one is going to be BIG!

a href=http://55363.invitationtojoin.com The PreLaunchInvitation / InvitationToJoin /a

I certainly am excited and I currently have 2 members who joined below me. The pace is going to explode and I want to have as many pre-launch members join after me as soon as possible. Heck, we can help reach the 2580 people necessary to reach 60 000 goal set by the organizers.

I like over performing!

Joining is free, if it doesn’t pan out I can just walk away and so can you. BUT what if it works out and you are left behind…?

So please join me now at 55363.invitationtojoin.com before its too late!

Every now and then there are programs popping up all over the show promising big money returns and most of them have been at it for weeks if not months. Joiners find themselves at the bottom of the Matrices and not able to profit from the massive launch that just occurred.

I have it on good authority that one such a program has just launched in May 2010.
This new program on the internet is destined to be a real monster. It’s in pre-launch with bfree/b pre-registration.

In fact, right now there’s no cost to join. You’ve got to see this site – ASAP – And, invite everyone you know as soon as you can.

It’s amazing. It’s the fastest growing thing I’ve seen and it is solid.

a href=http://55363.prelaunchinvitation.comPre-Launch Invitation/a

You can earn fat commission checks just for joining. No kidding! This is real.

pKaizen was first introduced in the Toyota manufacturing plant in Japan in the early 1950s, and it has since become one of the countryrsquo;s main reasons for its success. In Japan, kaizen is a way of life in the workplace, from the office of the CEO all the way down to shop apprentice. They take it very seriously, and for good reason. Kaizen has led them from a defeated wartime nation to one of the strongest industrialized countries in the world./p
pBut the best thing about kaizen ndash; and the biggest reason that every company should adopt it ndash; is that it does not rely on expensive innovative solutions. Just the opposite is true. The core principal of kaizen is to make small, immediate improvements in the processes and standards of the workplace. But not just one improvement ndash; looking for ways to make small improvements should be part of everyonersquo;s job, every day of the week. And after a period of time, all of these small improvement will add up to better working conditions, a higher degree of safety, more efficiency and ultimately, greater profits./p
h1nbsp;/h1
h1Kaizen is a Process/h1
pTo understand what a href=http://www.creativesafetysupply.com/kaizen-guide.htmlkaizen/a is, it may be helpful to look at the differences between the traditional western methods of improvement and kaizen./p
pIn the west, innovation is king. When management wants to get better results from their workers, they introduce the latest technology, or incorporate the newest management technique from the latest marketing guru. Big changes equal big results – thatrsquo;s the mantra that is traditionally chanted in the west. The result is often a big expenditure of money, and time and in the end, the results are not that great./p
pKaizen is different. Kaizen is the tortoise compared to the western hare. It relies on long-term, long lasting and non-dramatic changes. ldquo;Small steps done many timesrdquo; is the method that they rely on. It is a group effort ndash; everyone is involved and contributing.nbsp; It requires a small investment of money, but a large investment in effort, cooperation and training. If done correctly, the results are often amazing./p
pKaizen is a process. It is not a one time adjustment made to make this quarterrsquo;s numbers look better. It must become a daily part of every workerrsquo;s routine. It must become part of the companyrsquo;s culture so managers and employees are constantly looking for small ways to improve the work flow. When that happens, you will have an organization that has become lean, mean and efficient. This is the essence of kaizen. This is its greatest strength./p
h1nbsp;/h1
h1Gemba Kaizen/h1
pGemba and kaizen go together like peanut butter and jelly. In Japanese, gemba means ldquo;real placerdquo;. In kaizen, there is a phrase that is often used which is ldquo;Go to Gemba First.rdquo;nbsp; It means that you must go to where the action is, or where the process is completed. Gemba is the workbench, the sales meeting or the cubicle. To make changes in a process, you must actually see the process in action./p
pMany managers never leave their office. They rely on reports of meetings to get the information that they need. This is completely wrong in the kaizen model. The manager must intimately know the processes of the line in order to be able to make the small improvements that are the backbone of kaizen. And that means that they must be constantly watching and learning how their employees are doing things./p
pIn many Japanese companies, gemba is the responsibility of all employees, even financial and administrative. They are required to go to gemba to observe the processes to get a better understanding of their own positions. It is truly a model that is the responsibility of every worker./p
h1Kaizen Concepts/h1
h2Management/h2
pIn Kaizen, management has two functions: Maintenance and improvement. Setting standards and keeping them is an important part of kaizen. One of managementrsquo;s primary roles is to maintain the technological and operating standards that have been put into place. They make sure that everyone performs their assigned tasks according to explicitly outlined standards and performs them on a daily basis./p
pManagementrsquo;s other role is improvement. They must be constantly looking for ways to raise the current operating standards. This is an ongoing effort and must be a daily part of the managerrsquo;s job./p
h2Process versus Results/h2
pProcess is the holy grail of kaizen. Managers often concentrate on results too much and pay too little attention to the process. Kaizen will change that behavior. The kaizen manager realizes that improving the process will improve the result. This is why kaizenrsquo;s main focus is on the process./p
h2PDCA Cycle/h2
pThe PDCA cycle is a system to ensure the continuation of the kaizen principles. It is a vital part of the process./p
ul
listrongPlan/strong refers to establishing a target and a strategy for improvement.nbsp; This is a must. Without a target, how do you know if you have achieved success?/li
listrongDo/strong refers to the implementation of your plan./li
listrongCheck/strong is when you determine if your plan actually improved the process./li
listrongAct/strong is the process of standardizing the improved procedure so that it can be continued and so that the problem will not return./li
/ul
pBy following the PDCA cycle, you will ensure that your process improves and does not degrade./p
h2Quality First/h2
pQuality is always the highest priority in a kaizen system. But quality does not only refer to the finished product, it also refers to the processes and standards that create the product. It runs through all phases of company activity ndash; design, production, management, sales and service. It is both the goal and the method of the production cycle./p
h2Speak with Data/h2
pOne of kaizenrsquo;s biggest strengths is that is solves problems. But in order for the model to work, you must gather relevant data that can be analyzed. Without this data you will be flying blind. You will never be able to tell what is working and what needs to be improved. Data is the life blood of the kaizen system./p
h2The Next Process is the Customer/h2
pEach product is made by a series of processes, one coming before the next. The kaizen model stresses the importance of quality in each stage of manufacturing. The worker responsible for each stage should emnever/em pass a defective part (or inaccurate information) to the next stage. This is what is meant by the next process is the customer./p
pIf every worker embraces this philosophy, the end result will be a dramatic drop in defective products./p
h1Visual Management/h1
pAnother major concept of kaizen is visual management.nbsp; The opportunities for improvement may present themselves on a daily basis, but if you are not able to see them, they will be missed. One of primary methods used in kaizen is to create an environment where tools, supplies and processes that out of place or out of sync can be seen right away. There are two systems that are used to achieve this: 5S and 5M./p
h25S/h2
pThe heart and soul of visual management is 5S. It is systematic approach to workplace organization and cleaning that will transform a disorganized workplace into an efficient running machine./p
pThe 5Srsquo;s are:/p
ul
listrongSort (Seiri)/strong ndash; The first step in 5S is to eliminate all the things in the workspace that are not being used and store them away. If a tool are material is not used on a daily basis, eliminate it from the workstation./li
listrongSet in Order (Seiton)/strong ndash; The second step is to arrange the items used on a daily basis so that they can be easily accessed and quickly stored. Your goal is to make eliminate any unnecessary movements and actions by the worker to make the process as efficient as possible. /li
listrongShine (Seiso)/strong ndash; Next is to get everything cleaned and functioning properly. The goal is to remove all the dirt and the grime and to keep it that way on daily basis. You want to get it clean and keep it clean./li
listrongStandardize (Seiketsu)/strong ndash; The fourth step is to develop a routine for sorting, setting and shining. Standardize creates a system of tasks and procedures that will ensure that the principles of 5S are performed on a daily basis./li
listrongSustain/strong (strongShitsuke/strong) ndash; In the last step, you want to create a culture that will follow the steps on a daily basis. The chief objective of sustain is to give your staff the commitment and motivation to follow each step, day in and day out./li
/ul
h2The 5 Ms/h2
pA great tool for management to maintain and improve the workflow is called the 5 Mrsquo;s. By always keeping an eye on the 5 Mrsquo;s, the managers will be able to see when something is not working in a process./p
ol
listrongManpower/strong ndash; Managers must know their employees jobs intimately. The must know if they are completing their tasks in the right way, and know what the skill level of each employee is. Is the morale high, or is there a lot of absenteeism or indifference? /li
listrongMachines /strongndash; Each manager must also have an excellent working knowledge of each machine and tool in his department. He must check to see if they are being regularly maintained and if they are in good working order. Are they producing high quality products? If not, is it the fault of the machine?/li
listrongMaterials /strongndash; The flow of materials is very important in kaizen. The just-in-time model dictates how materials should flow in a process. Only those materials that are needed should be in the work zone. If there are more materials than are needed, they should be stored away in a separate location. Each work station should have a minimum and maximum inventory level for each process./li
listrongMethods /strongndash; By having standardized methods, the manager will be able to see if the worker is doing their job correctly. Posted worksheets and diagrams that show the sequence and quality control for each process will help achieve proper adherence to the standardized methods./li
listrongMeasurements /strongndash; How do you know if a process is running smoothly? Productions schedules and targets should be prominently displayed for all to see if improvement is being made. Also, gauges should be clearly marked to show the proper operating ranges of the equipment./li
/ol
pIntegrating these tools into your companyrsquo;s culture will ensure that kaizen creates long lasting results in your productivity, team morale, safety and ultimately, your profits./p
h1The Kaizen Group/h1
pAt its core, kaizen is a group effort. Only when the entire organization embraces the ideals of kaizen will you see its benefits. The dedication to kaizen must start at the highest level of management and must infect middle management and the general workforce like a virus./p
pKaizen will forever change the manager-worker relationship. Traditionally, the managerrsquo;s role was to plan, implement and supervise the workers. But by using the small group model in kaizen, the responsibility to plan and control falls to the worker. The managerrsquo;s job is now to motivate and supervise the workers./p
pSmall groups are formed to carry out various specific tasks in the workplace such as quality control, suggestions groups, ways to minimize movement, safety, or any other necessary task. Together they utilize the PDCA cycle to make small but continuous improvements to their areas./p
pThe advantages to this method are enormous. They include:/p
ul
liBetter morale/li
liIncreased sense of teamwork/li
liBetter communication between employees and management/li
liNew skill development/li
liWorkers feel valued and enjoy coming to work/li
liRemoves the drudgery of the job/li
/ul
pThis small group model is a win-win for both management and workers. Workers begin to enjoy coming to work and management sees the level of quality in their products rise./p
